| Seat allocation - seats are allocated on a
"first come - first serve" basis. |

| Luggage is taken from the customer when they
board the coach and hotels usually offer service to their room |

| Pick up points - At Steels Coaches our policy
has always been that once the journey starts it is heading directly to our destination.
We try and oblige our customers with convenient joining points and likewise even if you
are fed into the on route tour coach. |

| Please note, it may be feasible for passengers to
join us if residing en-route or even at the ferry ports, we are always willing to negotiate
